Job Summary
LPN - PRN Overnight in Long Term Care: provides professional nursing care to residents under supervision, administers medications, maintains resident records, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, and supports residents’ care plans. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license; IV therapy/ND-specific requirements may apply; CEU/continuing education and competency upkeep are required. Shift is 10:30pm–6:30am; PRN/weekend opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
- Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
- CEU and competency requirements
- Possess IV therapy capability as required by ND if applicable
- Experience requirements (clinical hours or 400 hours as LPN)
