Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision, administer medications and treatments as ordered, document resident interactions and outcomes, and collaborate with the inter-disciplinary care team. Requires an LPN license, associate degree preferred, and availability for PRN overnight shifts (10:30pm–6:30am) in Battle Lake, MN; position offers a benefits package and additional qualifications may include IV therapy competencies as per state requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- State licensed LPN
- Possesses required CEU and competency trainings
- IV therapy/management skills as required by ND (if applicable)
- Supervised clinical experience or 400 hours as LPN
