Job Summary
LPN - PRN Overnight in Long Term Care providing professional nursing care to residents under supervision; administer medications, document care outcomes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Role requires an active LPN license; associate degree in practical nursing preferred. Overnight shift from 10:30pm to 6:30am with PRN pick-up opportunities; long-term care setting; duties include assessing residents, implementing care plans, and ensuring resident safety and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
- CPR/CEU requirement as applicable
- Medication administration competency
- IV therapy/management skills (North Dakota requirement if applicable)
- Education credentials: Associate degree preferred
- Experience requirements: supervised clinical experience or 400 hours as LPN
