Job Summary
PRN LPN provides direct nursing care to residents in a Montana long-term care facility, administers medications and treatments safely and accurately, monitors resident conditions and communicates changes to the RN or provider, collaborates with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies; operates on flexible PRN scheduling with shifts across day, evening, and night; requires MT LPN license and CPR, with experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active MT LPN license
- Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing
- Current valid LPN license in the state employed
- Valid CPR certification
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred
