Job Summary
LPN - PRN in Bloomfield, NE LTC: Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision. Administer medications and treatments as ordered, contribute to resident assessments, document outcomes, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team. Maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license (state or multi-state). May require IV therapy skills per facility/ND requirements. PRN schedule with varying shifts; benefits package available for qualifying staff.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
- Licensed Practical Nurse license (unencumbered)
- Possession of multistate licensure privileges or state nursing board licensure
- Competencies and certifications as required by department/facility
- Completion of CEU and competency training requirements
- IV therapy/management skills (where applicable) or coursework as required by North Dakota board (if applicable)
- Experience or supervised clinical experience across the lifespan (life-span) as part of pre-licensure program or equivalent experience
