Job Summary
Licensed Practical/LVN Nurse needed for private-duty home healthcare serving pediatric patients (age 0-21). Provide in-home nursing care on day shifts with flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling. Collaborate with team to achieve clinical outcomes, document care electronically, and support family-centered care in patients' homes. Current active LPN/LVN license, CPR hands-on, TB test, and reliable transportation required; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days. Knowledge of home health procedures, pediatric care, and compliance with healthcare regulations is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- CPR certification (hands-on)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
