Job Summary
Provide in-home, one-to-one nursing care for pediatric and adult/geriatric clients in the Philadelphia area during evening shifts. The LPN will travel to client homes, perform assessments, document physicians' orders, and follow care plans with autonomy. The role includes electronic charting (Statewise), on-the-job training, and opportunities for scholarships and professional development. Shifts available include 3p-11p and 4p-12a; positions include PRN, part-time, or full-time, with benefits and ongoing clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
