LPN - Private Duty Home Care

Travel to a single client home on a chosen schedule to provide hands-on, one-on-one care ranging from infants to geriatric patients. Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and execute doctor's orders while documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations. Build lasting client relationships and track their milestones throughout the shift. Work traditional shifts of four, eight, or ten hours with flexible scheduling options.
