Job Summary
Provide skilled, 1:1 nursing care to one client at a time in the comfort of their home, focusing your attention on a single patient throughout the shift. Deliver personalized, high-quality care tailored to individual needs across a wide range of clinical acuity levels, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Work with clients throughout Northwest Indiana, including Crown Point, Merrillville, and surrounding communities, while enjoying flexible scheduling with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts available. No weekend requirement applies.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of Indiana
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
