LPN - Primary Care Forsythe

Coordinate patient flow, schedule appointments, procedures, tests, and referrals while assisting the physician, nurse, and staff with daily care coordination and access. Manage patient care following established standards and practices, utilizing guidelines to accomplish tasks under general supervision. May serve as a preceptor for clinical staff and lead or direct the work of others within your scope of practice. Requires some experience and judgment to complete job duties. A $2000 sign-on bonus is available.
