Job Summary
LPN - Primary Care Clinic responsible for clinical tasks under supervision, including vitals, patient preparation for exams and procedures, medication administration and vaccinations, point-of-care testing, documentation in electronic medical records, and participation in clinic flow and safety/quality initiatives. Requires current LPN license in Louisiana, BLS, and CPI/NCI-CPI certification as noted; role includes collaboration with the healthcare team, adherence to privacy and safety standards, and support of clinical operations within East Jefferson General Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license to practice in Louisiana
- BLS Healthcare Provider Certification from the American Heart Association
- Non-Violent Crisis Prevention (CPI, NCI-CPI) certification (NOEH employees will receive within 90 days)
