LPN, Primary Care -Ashland, 3k Incentive

Implement treatments and procedures within the scope of practice for the Licensed Practical Nurse under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Provide direct patient care activities including IV management, perform patient assessments and evaluations regarding age and developmental needs, and assist in developing and updating the plan of care. Deliver patient teaching and discharge planning while participating in professional development and lifelong learning. Work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with no weekends or holidays.
