LPN Practice Based

Completes check-out duties and relays instructions and care to the patient or family; administers treatments, medications, and follow-up assessments ordered by the provider; performs diagnostic testing (EKG, spirometry, audiometry, titmus, pulse oximetry) and completes forensic testing collections; trains newly hired clinical staff; performs COVID testing daily; maintains infection prevention practices and PPE usage; documents procedures in department records; contributes to patient experience and participates in performance improvement. Requires LPN license, BLS, and graduation from an accredited nursing program; prior urgent care experience preferred; Day shift, full-time position in Port Orange, FL.
