Job Summary
Deliver direct patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in La Plata, MD under the supervision of RNs and physicians. Administer medications, monitor patient responses, assist with daily living activities, document health records, collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize outcomes, educate patients and families on health management, participate in patient assessments and care planning, maintain a clean and patient-safe environment, and support compassionate, patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the state of Maryland
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
