Job Summary
Assist in the design and oversight of efficient patient flow while upholding an environment of patient safety and satisfaction. Perform care tasks including safe medication administration and aseptic technique with a focus on detail-orientation and follow-through. Utilize advanced EPIC proficiency to enhance age-specific patient care, team collaboration, and analytical problem solving. Maintain excellent interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication. Requires current NYS LPN license, BCLS training, and a diploma from an accredited LPN program.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from an accredited LPN program
- current NYS LPN license
- BCLS training
- current certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Proficiency with care tasks such as safe medication administration
