LPN - Physical Med & Rehab Clinic

Direct patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse in an acute care setting, performing nursing assessments, delivering IV therapy within scope, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team under RN supervision to ensure high-quality individualized patient care. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, data gathering, planning and evaluation, effective communication with patients and families, adherence to safety and confidentiality standards, maintaining clinical knowledge and credentials, and supporting ancillary staff. Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 available for eligible candidates. Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills are essential.
