LPN - Phone Triage Nights and Weekends

Job Summary
Triage LPN in hospice setting responsible for triaging patient calls, assessing needs, dispatching nursing staff, and supporting multiple aspects of patient care. Must demonstrate compassion and provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person. Uses multiple computer/cloud programs while maintaining regulatory compliance and ethical judgement. Onsite in Springdale, AR, 4pm–Midnight; Nights and weekends. Requires active AR/OK LPN license and BLS certification; strong assessment, critical thinking, problem solving, documentation, and communication skills; hospice/home health/acute care experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted AR/OK LPN license
- BLS certification
