Job Summary
Triage patient calls, assess needs, and dispatch nursing staff while facilitating multiple aspects of patient care needs. Maintain regulatory compliance and ethical judgement while demonstrating compassion and exceptional customer service over the phone and with visitors. Utilize multiple computer, cloud, and software programs for charting and documentation. Requires current unrestricted AR/OK LPN license, BLS certification, and strong assessment skills with critical thinking. Onsite in Springdale, Arkansas, 4pm-Midnight. Part of the hospice interdisciplinary care team.
Required Qualifications
