Job Summary
Knowledgeably and competently deliver quality nursing care on the personal care unit; assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs; chart appropriately and timely; monitor and report changes in patient condition; exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients; assist in the evacuation of patients; maintain dependable attendance; communicate and function on an interdisciplinary team; follow Life Care policies and maintain confidentiality; adhere to Code of Conduct and mandatory compliance training.
Required Qualifications
- Attended an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
