Job Summary
LPN Personal Care Unit: Deliver quality nursing care to patients on the personal care unit; assign duties and provide clinical supervision to CNAs; chart appropriately and timely; monitor and report changes in patient condition; exhibit excellent customer service and professional conduct; collaborate on an interdisciplinary team; follow Life Care standards and company policies; ensure confidentiality and maintain patient rights; participate in evacuation of patients and maintain reliable attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Attended an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State as LPN/LVN
- Active LPN license in good standing
- One year geriatric nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation (must remain current)
