Job Summary
LPN on the Personal Care Unit delivers nursing care to patients, supervises CNAs, and maintains patient records. Responsibilities include charting timely, monitoring patient condition, communicating within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring safety and sanitation, adhering to Life Care policies, and providing compassionate, professional care with strong confidentiality and integrity. Requires active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and completion of an accredited LPN program; 1 year geriatric nursing experience preferred; English proficiency. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in good standing in the applicable state
- Graduation from an accredited LPN/LVN program
- CPR certification at hire or during orientation and to remain current
- One year of geriatric nursing experience preferred
