Job Summary
LPN / Charge Nurse in Personal Care / Assisted Living setting. Provide licensed practical nursing care to elderly residents transitioning from independent living to assisted care. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, perform rounds, document care, supervise Resident Assistants, assist with assessments, admissions, discharges, transfers, and ensure safety and HIPAA compliance. PRN, two 8-hour shifts per month; pay rate $31.80–$34.30/hour with weekend and evening/night differentials. Location: Ephrata, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
