LPN Personal Care

Administer medications, complete treatments, and maintain safety and infection control standards while making rounds to check all residents. Account for narcotics, receive shift reports, and notify Resident Assistants of additional care needs. Assign duties, assist with assessments and transfers, and initiate incident reports per policy. Supervise Resident Assistants, attend mandatory meetings, and keep the Director informed of resident status and incidents. Comply with HIPAA standards and corporate compliance plans.
