Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Charge Nurse in Personal Care / Assisted Living. Day Shift; 8 hours per week; Every Other Weekend. Administers medications and treatments per physician orders, performs rounds, completes nursing documentation, supervises Resident Assistants, and coordinates resident care with respect to safety, HIPAA, and facility policies. Must be currently licensed as an LPN in Pennsylvania and able to lift up to 50 pounds; position located in Ephrata, PA. Salary: $30.80-$33.30/hour, with weekend differential and evening/night bonuses.
