Job Summary
The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of physicians and other healthcare providers, performing tasks such as obtaining and documenting vital signs, participating in in-office procedures, conducting diagnostic testing, and preparing patient charts. The role requires LPN licensure in NYS and a high school diploma. Excellent communication skills are essential to interact with patients and staff effectively.
