Job Summary
Monitor residents' health status, clinical behavior, and nutritional needs while administering medications and tracking daily activity levels. Document nursing services in the Medical Record/EMR and wellness file, reporting changes to the Registered Nurse. Read daily communication logs, assign and supervise personal care responsibilities to Care Associates, and link residents to external health-care services. Serve as an advocate for problem resolution and assist with quality assurance activities. Requires current NJ Licensed Practical Nurse license and graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current NJ License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
