Job Summary
Provide nursing care to members according to individual plans of care, physician's orders, and emergency needs. Monitor and document vital signs, report abnormalities to the Director of Nursing, and assist with daily functional activities including hygiene, meals, and ambulation. Administer medications with appropriate certification and supervision, while delivering health education to staff, members, and families. Communicate professionally with members, families, and the community, and participate in staff meetings and educational programs as requested. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory laws. Per Diem pay available; hourly rate $30–$34. Requires LPN license, CPR certification, and malpractice insurance. Minimum age 21; one-year healthcare experience preferred.
Required Qualifications

- At least one-year full-time equivalent experience in a health care setting
- Prior experience working seniors and/or adults with special needs
- Strong communication and engaging interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Able to bend, pull, push, squat, turn, transfer, and lift 50 pounds
- able to stand for an extended period while providing physical assistance to members
