LPN - Pediatrics

Escort patients into exam rooms, prepare them for procedures, and administer medications including injections and IV therapy within licensure scope. Provide basic patient care such as wound dressing, catheterization, and compress application while collecting and processing specimens. Perform charting by entering patient information accurately, manage the physician's desktop, and handle clerical tasks like scheduling appointments, obtaining pre-authorizations, and answering phones. Clean treatment rooms and manage medical inventory based on par levels. Must work under physician or RN supervision with current Connecticut LPN licensure and BLS certification.
