LPN - Pediatric Nurse

Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to clients per physician orders and plan of care, administering and monitoring medications as prescribed. Conduct nursing assessment visits and document all nursing actions, informing physicians and families accordingly. Administer and monitor medication management, ensuring compliance with verbal orders and medical reports. Perform supervisory visits to review plan of care, assess caregiver competency, and complete required documentation. Work with the Director or Nursing Supervisor to address individual health needs and implement nursing support in home settings. Follow policies and procedures according to operational, state, and regulatory standards.
