LPN - Pediatric Nurse

Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to clients per physician orders and plan of care in a home environment. Administer and monitor medications as prescribed, conduct nursing assessments, and document all actions while informing physicians and families. Direct caregiver efforts within the client's plan of care and complete supervisory visits to review competency and documentation. Ensure compliance with state regulations, physician verbal orders, and operational policies. Work with nursing supervisors to address individual health needs and participate in staff meetings as required.
