Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to clients per physicians' orders and plan of care in a home environment. Administer and monitor medications as prescribed, conduct nursing assessments, and document all actions while informing physicians and families accordingly. Direct caregiver efforts within the client's plan of care and complete supervisory visits to review care plans and caregiver competency. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards while working with supervisors to address individual health needs.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
- Current and unrestricted license in the state of the operation
- CPR professional certification
- Capable of working independently with highly confidential information
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years of nursing experience preferred
