Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for pediatric home health in Harrisburg, PA and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include direct, one-on-one nursing in patients’ homes for infants, children, and adolescents; ongoing patient assessments; administration of prescribed medications and therapies; care coordination; and educating families on clinical care to promote positive outcomes. Flexible full-time and part-time shifts available (days, nights, weekends). Required Qualifications
