Job Summary
Licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) sought for full-time and part-time pediatric home health in the Charlotte, NC area. Responsibilities include delivering direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in the home per the physician-approved plan of care; performing ongoing patient assessments; administering prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies; coordinating care; educating family members on clinical care to improve outcomes; and implementing preventative measures to maintain quality of care.
