Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in pediatric home health providing one-on-one, patient-centered care in the home setting. Responsibilities include administering physician-ordered treatments and medications, respiratory support including ventilator care and suctioning, G-tube feeding and care, assisting with personal care and activities of daily living, supporting individualized therapy and exercise programs, and transporting clients to school. Role supports both full-time and part-time hours with night shifts; expected to work within Fargo-Moorhead home health program and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
- Valid driver's license required.
