LPN - PATIENT CARE UNIT - PRN

Job Summary
LPN in the PACU/Phase II or inpatient units under RN supervision provides routine patient care, observes health status, documents observations and interventions, communicates with patients and families about home care and instructions, and ensures safety and confidentiality following policy and procedure. Responsible for confirming physician orders, coordinating with the clinical team, restocking supplies, and following established safety and health procedures to support positive patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Oklahoma
- BCLS required
- PALS and ACLS preferred
- Experience: At least one year of experience with medical-surgical patients is required
- Previous experience with post cardiac/surgical patients preferred
