Job Summary
Provide a structured daily routine for medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment, including house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, family visitation facilitation, and medication distribution while maintaining human rights. Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as outlined in Service Plans, utilizing de-escalation and crisis management techniques when necessary to ensure safety. Maintain a valid MA LPN license, criminal background check, and driver's license, with required TB screening and physical exams. Work part-time at People, Incorporated's residential program in Taunton and surrounding communities, supporting individuals with life challenges in a respectful, collaborative environment.
