Job Summary
Deliver direct nursing care to residents per individualized care plans; administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team; supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery; maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation; promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment; collaborate with interdisciplinary team members. Qualifications include an active SC LPN license and CPR certification; PCC experience preferred. Part-time role with shift differential and opportunities for growth within the Upstate PACS network.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
- Current CPR certification required
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
