Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents at Edisto Post-Acute; supervise and support daily activities of CNAs; document resident care and changes in condition; collaborate with physicians, therapists, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team; maintain a safe, compassionate environment in a 113-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility; essential duties include administrative, charting, drug administration, and staff development functions; requires SC LPN license and graduation from an approved LPN program; 12-hour shifts available with day and night options; salary $30-$34/hour with shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Active South Carolina LPN License
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- PointClickCare experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Licensed Practical Nurse with compassionate patient care
- Direct nursing care and supervision of CNAs as needed
