Job Summary
Part-time overnight LPN in a long-term care facility provides professional nursing care to residents under supervision of an RN/physician. Responsible for administering medications, performing assessments, documenting resident data, and participating in care planning within an interdisciplinary team. Maintains confidentiality, demonstrates nursing competencies, and supports resident education and self-care plans. Schedule includes 10:30pm–6:30am shifts with every other weekend and rotating holidays; includes weekend/overnight shift differentials. Competitive hourly pay range ($27–$36/hour) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license; associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Possess an unencumbered LPN license
- Labs/IV therapy requirements as applicable by state (North Dakota ND clause may apply to ND facilities)
- Experience in long-term care setting preferred
- CEU/compliance education requirements
