Job Summary
Part-Time Overnights LPN provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision, including medication administration, assessment, and care planning. The role emphasizes confidentiality, clear communication with residents and families, participation in an interdisciplinary team, and adherence to resident-specific standards and care plans. Night shift from 10:30pm to 6:30am with every-other weekend and rotating holidays, plus weekend and overnight shift differentials; 24 hours per week with a sign-on bonus of $5,000.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current, unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges.
- Possesses or obtains necessary competencies and certifications; completes annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training as required by department and facility.
