Job Summary
Part Time Overnights LPN in Long Term Care providing nursing care for residents, including administering medications, assessments, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team. Night shift from 10:30pm to 6:30am with every other weekend and rotating holidays; includes shift differentials on weekends and overnights. Requires LPN licensure and completion of accredited practical nursing program; offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a schedule of 24 hours per week. Focus on resident health, safety, and confidentiality, with duties spanning documentation, care planning, and resident-family counseling as directed by supervising RN/physician.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Must have an LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- If IV therapy/management required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program including IV therapy or completion of an approved IV Therapy course
- Attended pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience or minimum 400 hours of LPN experience
- Completes required CEU and competency training requirements
