Job Summary
Part-time LPN position for overnight shifts in a long-term care (LTC) facility. Responsibilities include providing professional nursing care under supervision, administering medications and treatments, documenting resident interactions and outcomes, supporting an interdisciplinary care team, and promoting resident education and self-care within care plans. Requires a graduate from an accredited practical nursing program, an active LPN license, and the ability to perform clinical duties across the resident age range; associates degree in practical nursing is preferred. Shift is 10:30pm–6:30am with every-other-weekend and rotating holidays; includes shift differentials and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Possess or able to obtain state nursing licensure
- Associates degree in practical nursing preferred
- Experience or training in long-term care settings (implied by job scope)
