Job Summary
Part-time LPN position for long-term care overnight shifts (10:30pm–6:30am) at a not-for-profit facility in Battle Lake, MN. Responsibilities include providing professional nursing care under supervision, administering medications/treatments, documenting resident care, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Requires LPN licensure, graduating from an accredited practical nursing program, and willingness to work every other weekend and rotating holidays. Offers include $27+ hourly pay, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and benefits; 24 hours per week with weekend/holiday rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Possesses or able to obtain state nursing board licensure
- Experience with supervised clinical practice across lifespan or 400 hours as LPN at another facility
- Possesses or obtains necessary CEU and competency training
Desired Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Nursing degree from accredited program
- LPN licensure in state of Minnesota
- Experience in long-term care (preferred)
- IV therapy/management skills (ND-specific, if applicable)
- Ability to work overnight shifts and every other weekend
- Knowledge of resident care and medications administration
