Job Summary
Part Time Overnights LPN provides professional nursing care for residents in long term care under the supervision of an RN/APP/physician. Responsibilities include administering medications or treatments, observing and documenting resident status, contributing to care plans, counseling residents and families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure resident safety and well-being. Requires LPN licensure, graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, and ongoing competency/CEU requirements. Evening/night shift from 10:30pm to 6:30am with every-other weekend and rotating holidays; includes shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board or multi-state licensure privileges
- Possesses or maintains department-specific competencies and certifications; completes CEUs as required
