Job Summary
Part-time LPN provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision, administers medications and treatments, conducts assessments, documents care and outcomes, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes safety, confidentiality, and resident education, with evening overnight shift from 10:30pm to 6:30am, every other weekend and rotating holidays, and additional shift differentials on weekends and overnights. Minimum education: practical nursing program graduate; LPN licensure required; associate degree in practical nursing preferred.

- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
