Job Summary
Part-time LPN position for overnight shifts (10:30pm–6:30am) at a long-term care facility in Battle Lake, MN. Provides professional nursing care under supervision, administers medications, documents care outcomes, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to support residents in a Christian not-for-profit senior housing and services setting. 24 hours per week with every other weekend and rotating holidays; includes shift differentials and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license; associates degree preferred; additional qualifications may include IV therapy training per state requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN
- Associates degree in practical nursing is preferred
- IV therapy/management skills (North Dakota specific) if applicable
- CEU and competency training requirements
- Drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
