Job Summary
LPN - Part Time Overnights in Long Term Care: provide professional nursing care to residents under supervision, including administering medications and implementing care plans in a night-shift LTC setting; must have an accredited practical nursing program graduate, hold a current LPN license, and meet state requirements; role emphasizes resident safety, documentation, interprofessional collaboration, and maintaining confidentiality during 10:30pm-6:30am shifts with every-other-weekend/rotating-holidays schedule. Includes shift differentials and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Unencumbered LPN license or multi-state licensure privileges
- Possesses or obtains required department competencies and CEU requirements
- Ability to perform nursing care and medications administration in long-term care setting
- Strong communication and confidentiality skills
- Ability to work 10:30pm-6:30am shifts and every other weekend/rotating holidays
