Job Summary
Part-time overnight LPN in Long Term Care providing professional nursing care under supervision, administering medications, conducting assessments, documenting outcomes, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Shift is 10:30pm–6:30am, 24 hours per week with every-other weekend and rotating holidays; includes additional weekend and overnight shift differentials and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Requires graduation from an approved practical nursing program, an active LPN license, and ongoing continuing education; duties include care planning, resident education, and adherence to clinical standards in a Christian not-for-profit senior-care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
- Possesses CEU and competency training requirements as per department and facility.
- Adequate supervised clinical experience across lifespan or 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility.
