Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for Part Time Overnight shift (10:30pm–6:30am) at a long-term care facility in Battle Lake, MN. Responsibilities include providing professional nursing care under supervision, administering medications/treatments, documenting resident interactions, supporting an interdisciplinary care team, and counseling residents and families on prevention and treatment plans. 24 hours/week with every other weekend and rotating holidays; includes shift differentials and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Requires graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license; duties encompass assessing residents, applying nursing principles, and maintaining confidentiality. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- Possesses and maintains department-specific competencies and certifications; completes CEU and competency training requirements
- Associates degree in practical nursing is preferred (optional but mentioned)
