Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision, administers medications/treatments as ordered, assesses residents and documents findings, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary care team to implement care plans. Duties include ensuring resident health and safety, communicating clearly while maintaining confidentiality, counseling residents and families on prevention and treatment plans, and supporting the nursing team. This role is part-time with overnight shifts (10:30pm–6:30am), includes every other weekend and rotating holidays, with additional shift differentials on weekends and overnights. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
- Current unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Possesses multi-state licensure privileges
- Minimally 400 hours of experience as LPN or supervised clinical experience across lifespan (per description)
